Essential Utility
Management Mode
The Essential Utility Management model is the complete utility management package.
MARVELL Utility Management offers the following :
- Payment of monthly ESKOM and municipal accounts on behalf of landlords/body corporates/developers or board of trustees for their properties where we are appointed at
- The monthly reading of electricity and water meters of the individual tenants and the invoicing of their consumption according to the approved tariffs
- Handling of the credit control process and procedures to collect revenue in order to settle the bulk supply accounts
- Monitoring and maintenance of meters on a monthly basis to ensure their accuracy for optimum consumption recovery
- Delivering quotations for the replacement of faulty meters as determined in the service level agreement
- The handling of ESKOM and municipal account queries on behalf of landlords/body corporates/developers or board of trustees

Comprehensive Utility
Management Model
The Comprehensive Utility Management model is providing various utility management services at a monthly fee, calculated, negotiated and determined by the service level agreement.
This model allows landlords/body corporates/developers or board of trustees to collect their own revenue with the help of MARVELL’s utility management and expertise, allowing them to make a legal profit of utilities due to the various approved and prescribed electricity tariffs.
Standard Monthly Services, Analysis and Reporting for this model includes :
- Taking of actual monthly meter readings for each individual tenant
- Processing of monthly accounts
- Services and shortfall consumption distribution
- Forward billing of the tenants and watchdog reports of the property performance on a monthly basis to the landlord
- Ensuring that the landlord is paying the most favourable bulk tariff
- Auditing of bulk supply accounts
- Handling of all bulk account related queries (as determined in the SLA)
